Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer- CSM to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its capabilities, and best practices. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, being able to troubleshoot code issues using ServiceNow tools and logs, and excellent collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy ServiceNow applications that meet business requirements, focusing on KM and CSM module extensions.
- Design and implement APIs to facilitate integration with other platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Troubleshoot code issues using ServiceNow tools and logs, applying efficient problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
Requirements
- Profound understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities, with experience in configuring and extending KM and CSM modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot code issues using ServiceNow tools and logs.
