We are seeking a technical consultant with extensive experience in ServiceNow development to lead the implementation of custom solutions in ServiceNow to streamline and automate Software Asset Management (SAM) processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in ServiceNow to automate SAM processes, focusing on SaaS license management.
• Module Configuration: Customize ServiceNow's SAM module for better tracking and management of SaaS licenses, ensuring integration points with third-party SaaS systems are functional and optimized.
• Integration Expertise: Leverage expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and APIs, including Adobe Creative Cloud and JetBrains, for automated data synchronization.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Strong experience with ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and integrations.
• Software Licensing Models: Understanding of physical data model architecture of ServiceNow SAM, CMDB/CSDM, and software licensing models.
• Compliance Requirements: Familiarity with compliance requirements and vendor audits. ],
