ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development frameworks, deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, and custom application development on ServiceNow. They will work closely with stakeholders, administrators, and IT teams to analyze, support, and deliver business-driven requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business and user requirements to develop scalable designs and propose technology solutions that address business needs. Identify potential solutions and provide input on issues or risks through solid knowledge of the business and user requirements.
• Understand ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal modules of ServiceNow technology to provide a good user experience. Design user-friendly solutions using the strengths of the platform and leverage integration design, protocols, and handshake in the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate business and user requirements into detailed system requirements, swim lanes, data models, and user flows for the ServiceNow technology organization. Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects in ServiceNow and complete project work objects and deliverables using best practices.
• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in all systems, processes, and data relating to assigned business or project. Leverage domain expertise and analyst practice expertise to provide effective solutions to business partners.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow BSA, including leadership roles. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks.
