This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow tools and features, including Business Rule, Script Include, Client Scripts, UI Policies, AJAX, Glide Scripting, Java Scripting, Jelly Scripting, Service Portal, Angular JS, Widgets, Workflow, Catalog Development, UI Page, UI Scripts, UI Action, Inbound Action, Notifications, REST & SOAP APIs, Workflow Custom Activities, SQL, Database.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development using a range of tools and features.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external tools using Web Services & REST APIs.
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.
