This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a ServiceNow Senior Developer, where you will play a critical role in shaping our CMDB and Discovery processes. As a seasoned developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and customization of CMDB processes, ensuring data integrity and alignment with IT and business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, implementing, and customizing CMDB processes
• Configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow Discovery module for accurate and automated asset identification and mapping
• Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems for seamless data flow and synchronization within the CMDB and other modules
• Providing cross-module support across various ServiceNow modules, ensuring platform efficiency and interoperability
• Identifying and implementing enhancements to CMDB and Discovery processes, driving continuous improvement and optimization

Requirements ">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with specific expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and integrations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified CMDB Developer certifications
• In-depth knowledge of CMDB architecture, Discovery configuration, and Service Mapping
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, REST, SOAP APIs, and custom integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills
