SaaS License Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will design, develop, and implement custom solutions in ServiceNow to streamline and automate Software Asset Management (SAM) processes, focusing on SaaS license management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions in ServiceNow to automate SAM processes.
• Customize ServiceNow's SAM module for better tracking and management of SaaS licenses.
• Create ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and data transformations to handle specific SaaS license use cases.
• Lead the implementation of integrating OOTB and custom SaaS license management solutions with ServiceNow SAM.
• Implement APIs or connectors to synchronize license data from third-party systems into ServiceNow for visibility, reporting, and compliance purposes.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience with ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and integrations.
• Understanding of Physical Data Model Architecture of ServiceNow SAM, CMDB/CSDM.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) processes and module configuration, especially for SaaS license management.
• Experience:
• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on Software Asset Management (SAM) and SaaS license management.
• Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.
