Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – HRSD and REST

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with specialized experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and REST API integrations to join our enterprise applications team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable ServiceNow solutions that support our HR processes and integrate with external systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and a proven track record of implementing HRSD modules and custom RESTful APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
- Develop and configure REST API integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, custom HR tools).
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and flow designer.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement process improvements on the platform.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
- Perform unit testing and support UAT and deployment activities.
- Maintain and optimize ServiceNow performance, security, and scalability in production environments.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation details.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD module (implementation or configuration).
- Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal customization.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA or Rally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with HR platforms like Workday or SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules.
