Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Strongsville, OH (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Job Summary:

• Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in contributing to the ServiceNow platform and risk mitigation strategies, as well as participating in the ServiceNow Transformation initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with scrum masters to complete assignments in a timely and organized manner
• Assist in testing processes
• Contribute to the ServiceNow platform and risk mitigation strategies
• Participate in the ServiceNow Transformation initiative

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM and ServiceNow Development
• Experience with Discovery and CMDB
• Knowledge of Bash scripting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Service Mapping, Tag Governance, and Event Management
• ITIL V4 certification and ServiceNow certifications are a plus
