SERVICENOW SOFTWARE ENGINEER – REQUEST FOR OFFFER

Project Background

TrinityTG is seeking multiple full-time resources for a one-year engagement, with expectation of follow-on work. Staff will be tasked with providing a wide range of technical support and development services on the ServiceNow Platform critical to the operations of our Customer. These services include introducing new technology solutions to increase process efficiency and productivity and improve user experience. To fulfill this task, TTG is seeking multiple skilled ServiceNow Software Engineers with expertise in development, documentation, knowledge transfer and User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), and User-Centered (UC) design.

Location Requirement: WEST SACRAMENTO, CA – On-Site

Expected Project Start Date Early July 2025

• All Candidates must be able to provide two named references with the following characteristics Name of Individual (Title, Phone, email), End Client Name, Project Name, Begin/End Dates, Brief Description of Staff Work.
• All Candidates must be able to interview during the week of June 9th.

Software Engineer - Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming,
• Minimum three (3) FTE years of the above experience must have been in a lead capacity,
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
• Experience developing workflows, dashboards, and reports in ServiceNow.
• Experience in all aspects of current ServiceNow visual design standards and trends.
• Must have experience in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.

Desirable Qualifications:

• ITIL v3 or v4 certification,
• Additional ServiceNow certifications,
• Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow Virtual Agent,
• Hands-on and demonstrable experience using ServiceNow APM and PPM,
• Experience with State and Local government clients,
• Experience with modern DevOps workflows, automated build, test, deployment, and Infrastructure as Code.
