Job Description
Intermediate ServiceNow Developer
A high level of analytical skills is required to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions to determine operational feasibility.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Determine and design system specifications, standards, and programming to prepare and install solutions.
- Conduct systems analysis and recommend changes in policies and procedures to improve operations.
- Manage existing ServiceNow code and architecture, troubleshoot existing solutions and processes, and support new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of recent and relevant ServiceNow implementation and integration experience focused on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government-hosted DevSecOps environment.
- Relevant ServiceNow experience with ATO processes and acquisition for secure cloud implementations is required.
- IAT II certification is required, and ServiceNow certifications are desired.
- TS/SCI clearance is required. About Semper Valens Solutions
