Senior ServiceNow Developer - CMDB/ITOM Expert Wanted

A senior-level position is available for an experienced ServiceNow developer with a strong background in CMDB and ITOM. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex ServiceNow modules, focusing on CMDB and ITOM.
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure accurate CI data.
• Optimize CMDB data models, reconciliation rules, and identification rules.
• Integrate third-party monitoring tools into ServiceNow ITOM.
• Design and implement automation workflows using Orchestration.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow experts to ensure best practices.
• Analyze and resolve CMDB accuracy and ITOM workflow issues.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements:
• 10+ years of IT experience, 6+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Expertise in CMDB design, data model, and data integrity.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Deep understanding of CI relationships, MID server configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Solid background in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with monitoring tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB / ITOM (preferred).

This role requires a strong understanding of CMDB and ITOM concepts, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
