ServiceNow HR Systems Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join our organization as a ServiceNow HR Administrator.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, testing, and optimizing the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform.

You will work closely with the HR Transformation team and collaborate with the HR Technology team to ensure a successful roll-out of the HR Service Delivery platform.

The successful candidate will have experience with Workday HCM, previous involvement in HR digital transformation projects, and strong understanding of HR processes and data.

They will also have at least 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow tool, expertise with Washington DC release of ServiceNow and Vancouver release, and familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Apart from these skills, the ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, certifications in ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, or similar.
