ServiceNow Legal Functional Consultant

Role: ServiceNow Developer with Legal Service Delivery

Location- Seattle WA//Overland Park, Kansas(Onsite)

Required:

• Understanding of legal processes, including contract management, legal requests, and matter management
• Understanding of the integration of legal service delivery (LSD) with third-party applications.
• To have good communication and interpersonal skills for effective communication with the client, technical, and other project stakeholders.
• To have good documentation skills for effective documentation of the project related documents like – process document, functional requirement specification document (FRS), test cases, training decks etc.
• To have knowledge of Microsoft Visio for designing process workflows
• Expertise in Excel reporting
• Exceptional Customer service skills and client focus
• Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language
• To have a good/basic understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes like Request Fulfilment, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, implementation, or development is highly desirable.
• Certification in ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery is a plus.
