We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow implementation expert to lead the deployment of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow and its applications, including ITOM, ITSM, CSM, HAM, SAM, and Procurement.

The ServiceNow Implementation Expert will be responsible for defining the requirements for our ServiceNow platform, developing project plans, and ensuring timely completion of the implementation. Strong technical skills are essential in this role, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering ServiceNow implementations on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers. They will also possess a deep understanding of IT service management and be able to apply it in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
