ServiceNow Architect- 15+ years in ITSM implementation and architecture

Role Overview: The ServiceNow Solution Architect will design the overall architecture and ensure alignment with the customer s business processes and technical requirements. This role includes governance and technical oversight of the implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs, define ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.), and map them to ServiceNow capabilities.
• Create and own the ServiceNow architecture design.
• Provide guidance on best practices, scalability, and extensibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical alignment.
• Evaluate integration requirements with third-party tools (Active Directory, monitoring tools, etc.).
• Validate customizations and workflows for compliance with customer requirements.
• Support in licensing and platform procurement discussions.

Skills Required:

• 15+ years in ITSM implementation and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, etc.).
• Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using APIs, MID servers, etc.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (preferred) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
