ServiceNow System Architect with Development Expertise

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Systems Administrator with experience in application development to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, support, and implement applications to enhance the existing ServiceNow platform.
• Support a prime contractor and follow CI/CD practices within a DevSecOps framework.
• Collaborate with a team to resolve incidents, address problems, and support change management.

Requirements:

• US Citizenship with a TS/SCI security clearance and a counterintelligence polygraph.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Cert – Security+ certification.
• ITIL practice expertise.
• ITSM product deployment, maintenance, and customization experience.
• ITOM and ServiceNow Discovery proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile project management and Scrum methodology experience.
• Infrastructure architecture design for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Databases and SQL: MySQL, MariaDB experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
