ServiceNow Legal Service Architect

Role Overview:

This exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Legal Service Architect to join our team and lead the implementation and management of our ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) platform. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing end-to-end projects involving ServiceNow LSD, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ServiceNow LSD, including its configuration, customization, and tailoring to meet the specific needs of the legal team and organization. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with legal teams, IT staff, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing solutions that meet customer business requirements and comply with ServiceNow OOB features and functionalities in adherence to best practices.
• Configuring, customizing, and tailoring ServiceNow LSD to meet the specific needs of the legal team and organization.
• Designing and implementing automated workflows to streamline legal processes, such as contract management, legal requests, and matter management.
• Providing training and support to end-users on how to use the ServiceNow LSD platform.
• Tracking KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the legal service delivery.
