Senior ServiceNow Developer - Vulnerability Response (VR) Actions On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Vulnerability Response (VR) Actions - Job Description: This role involves working on the implementation and support of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module. The project includes enhancing the current platform by integrating vulnerability scanning tools and improving the VR processes for better efficiency.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Vulnerability Response (VR) Actions - Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Enterprise Cybersecurity and ServiceNow team to design and construct data architecture in ServiceNow VR module
• Leverage deep understanding of ServiceNow’s IVR and APR modules to ensure all out-of-box capabilities are utilized
• Expertly work with other ServiceNow modules such as SecOps, VR, and CMDB, including implementation and automating workflows
• Assist stakeholders with data-related technical issues and support their needs
• Collaborate with ServiceNow team, Cyber team, and other project leaders to achieve project goals

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Vulnerability Response (VR) Actions - Mandatory Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment & production support
• Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response implementations for an enterprise customer
• Hands-on experience with SecOps, CMDB, and general ServiceNow administration/development
• Experience integrating vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Qualys, TVM) with ServiceNow
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CVSS, CVE, CWE, ISO 27001)

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Vulnerability Response (VR) Actions – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with custom widget development in ServiceNow Workspaces
• Exposure to GRC and risk-based vulnerability management
• CISSP certification
