• Knowledge of how we can patch works.
• Knowledge of Mainframe, Server OS, network switches patching
• Knowledge of VR (Vulnerability Response) module of ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Remediation Workflow in VR
• Expertise on Qualis, ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow VR and SCCM
• Expertise on ServiceNow VR development and workflow modification and creation
