Job Summary ServiceNow Architect Job Description

Clearance: VA Public Trust (Tier 2 or Tier 4)

This is a ServiceNow Architect role that requires knowledge of the ServiceNow platform's core architecture, including Service Portal, ITSM, ITOM, CSM and other ServiceNow applications. Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Offer expert advice on ServiceNow architectural best practices and industry trends.
• Estimate the time required to design, develop and implement solutions.
• Design and specify product implementations at a high level.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow configurations, including scripting as needed.
• Examine system integrations and conduct testing.
• Maintain up-to-date architecture diagrams for current and future systems. Qualifications and Experience
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ITIL v3 Foundations or ITIL 4 certification.

The successful candidate will collaborate with technical teams to provide guidance on enterprise architecture and recommend solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
