We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, and Security Incident Response (SIR) departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow. A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is also required.
Strong technical skills include proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in IT, HR, and SIR modules. The ability to create user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities, are essential.
