We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and support the implementation of the IT Service Management platform.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and revising user documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the ServiceNow knowledge base. Main Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and objectives for the ServiceNow implementation.
- Assist in integrating ServiceNow with existing systems and tools.
- Work closely with the ServiceNow project team to develop the knowledge base according to organizational needs.
- Evaluate the quality and relevance of existing documentation for inclusion in the knowledge base.
- Support the development of the ServiceNow knowledge base, focusing on creating valuable content.
