Senior ServiceNow Consultant

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our team at DXC Technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions for clients, as well as strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Architects and Technical Consultants to design technical solutions for clients
• Configure and develop ServiceNow for DXC customers
• Administer ServiceNow instances for clients
• Prepare project documentation
• Participate in training programs
• Share knowledge with new team members Required Skills:
• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects
• Deep expertise in at least one ServiceNow product: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD
• Strong knowledge of Java Script, HTML, CSS
• Experience with integrations (SOAP, REST)
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Experience working in Agile Project environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Very good written and spoken English language proficiency Nice-to-Have Skills:
• ServiceNow certifications
• Knowledge of AngularJS, Ajax
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate
• German language proficiency
