We are seeking a dynamic ServiceNow Software Developer to join our team. About the Role

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will work alongside the ServiceNow Principal Architect and Development Teams to share responsibility for the overall ServiceNow solution at Splunk. Your primary focus will be on Configuration and Asset Management and their associated SNOW modules and capabilities. Responsibilities

• Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains ServiceNow software applications.
• Manages CMDB health, integrations, Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components.
• Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.
• Handles incidents per published SLAs, ensures system stability by leading required maintenance schedule, and addresses system issues impacting SLAs.
• Implement ServiceNow workflows that integrate with external web services. Qualifications
• 8+ years of overall ITSM experience.
• 3+ years' experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ITIL V3 Foundation or above.
• Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX.
• Experience of one popular web framework - React, AngularJS. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience utilizing the Agile/Scrum methodology to define and deliver development work.
• Certified Implementation Specialist certification in one of the OOTB ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, etc.).
• ServiceNow Service Portal micro-certifications.
• ITIL V4 Foundation or above.
