ServiceNow Solutions Architect Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This involves analyzing business requirements, providing technical direction, and collaborating with other technical architects to produce a detailed functional design document.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies, be comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. They should also have experience with ServiceNow APM and Service Mapping applications/modules, as well as hands-on experience with client-side and server-side development.

This position requires a strong understanding of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise application architecture. The candidate should also be familiar with project methodologies and have participated in similar projects. Additionally, they should have 5-7 years of relevant experience in professional services or customer support operations and 3-6 years of ServiceNow systems integration and/or implementation experience.
