ServiceNow Solutions Architect Position

The organization seeks a ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. This individual will lead workshops to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on solution quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
• Support the development and implementation phases.
• Mentor junior developers and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience, preferably in an architect role.
• Proficiency in French and English languages.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Experience leading complex ServiceNow projects.
• ServiceNow Architect certification is a plus.
