About This Role
The successful candidate will participate in process flow analysis and redesign, providing architecture and technical guidance for design and implementation. You will be responsible for conducting demonstrations as required, offering subject matter expertise, and collaborating with other technical architects to develop technical specifications for custom development and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in process flow analysis and redesign
- Provide architecture and technical guidance for design and implementation
- Conduct custom or out-of-the-box demonstrations as required
- Offer subject matter expertise and industry best practices
- Create detailed functional design documents aligned with customer requirements
- Collaborate with other technical architects to develop technical specifications for custom development and system integration
- Contribute to effort estimation processes
- Maintain current knowledge of ServiceNow through self-study and training
Requirements:
This position requires self-motivation, proven expertise in ServiceNow technologies, and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field is preferred. Some essential skills include hands-on configuration, implementation, and development experience in ServiceNow HAM Pro/SAM Pro, proficiency with client-side and server-side development, and knowledge of web-based and enterprise system architecture.
