ServiceNow – Configuration Management (CMDB) Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business functions across the organization to develop and implement a comprehensive service management practice and delivery model.
- Lead IT Service Management processes in close collaboration with other ITSM Specialists to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Develop and implement implementation plans, ensuring all technical and non-technical resources are available for successful implementation and management.
- Continually assess the effectiveness of processes and research best practices to maintain high standards.
- Establish and meet key performance indicators, providing continuous improvement recommendations to senior management.
- Serve as primary and backup focal point for one or more of the following processes: Configuration Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Request Management.
Required Experience and Skills
- Certification in ITIL 3 Service Operation or ITIL 4 Create, Deliver & Support.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow CMDB Administration and Asset Management.
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading and managing IT Service Management processes.
- Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow is essential.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Previous vendor/supplier management experience.
- Knowledge of business analysis and planning processes.
