About the Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow to join our team. As a ServiceNow Sales and Order Management expert, you will be responsible for collaborating with teams to understand their requirements and pain points, and designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow modules to optimize business processes.

• You will have a minimum of 6-12 years of experience in translating requirements into functional specifications, implementing best practices, and conducting workshops for end-users.
• Strong expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, excellent communication skills, and relevant certifications.
• A working knowledge of ITSM tools, admin & mgmt of CA Client Automatn tools is desirable.
