We are looking for an exceptional Expert ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a leading expert in ServiceNow scripting and development, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing complex ServiceNow applications, driving business growth and improvement through innovation and efficiency.

You will design, test, and implement custom scripts, widgets, and dashboards that meet the evolving needs of our organization, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Your expertise in ServiceNow components, including GlideAPI/GlideRecords, Service Desk, Change Management, and CMDB, will enable you to create cutting-edge solutions that exceed expectations.

To succeed in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of ServiceNow components, experience with client- and server-side scripting, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

• Responsibilities:
• Create, maintain, and enhance complex ServiceNow applications, driving business growth and improvement through innovation and efficiency
• Design, test, and implement custom scripts, widgets, and dashboards that meet the evolving needs of our organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
• Develop and maintain client scripts (JavaScript) and server scripts (JavaScript/script includes)
• Design and implement team dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
• Experience with both client- and server-side scripting in ServiceNow
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certificate from ServiceNow
• Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components, such as GlideAPI/GlideRecords, Service Desk, Change Management, and CMDB
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Resourcefulness, problem-solving aptitude, and self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism dealing with both internal and external entities
