We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications, focusing on complex projects and initiatives that drive business value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy custom scripts, widgets, and dashboards that meet the evolving needs of our organization. Your expertise in ServiceNow scripting and development will enable you to create innovative solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of ServiceNow components, including GlideAPI/GlideRecords, Service Desk, Change Management, and CMDB. Experience with client- and server-side scripting, as well as a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines, are essential.

• Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications, focusing on complex projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy custom scripts, widgets, and dashboards
• Develop and maintain client scripts (JavaScript) and server scripts (JavaScript/script includes)
• Design and implement team dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports
• Assist with implementation of ServiceNow applications and provide technical insight in designing and supporting ServiceNow while aligning to service management best practices

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
• Experience with both client- and server-side scripting in ServiceNow
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certificate from ServiceNow
• Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components, such as GlideAPI/GlideRecords, Service Desk, Change Management, and CMDB
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Resourcefulness, problem-solving aptitude, and self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism dealing with both internal and external entities
