ServiceNow Automation Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom ServiceNow applications that automate business processes.

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications that automate business processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient application deployment and updates.
• Manage version control, code repositories, and release processes using GitHub.
• Utilize JIRA and PPM tools for project tracking and resource management.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications.
• Customize and implement applications to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Adhere to Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field.
• At least three years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Proficiency in GitHub, JIRA, and PPM tools.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and workflow design.
• Solid understanding of database engineering, JavaScript data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
