Indotronix is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in the Pittsburgh, PA, and multiple client Tech hub locations with our Direct client

Position: ServiceNow Developer

Provide locations: Pittsburgh, PA - Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ

Ability to work remotely: Hybrid - at least 2 days in the office a week

Acceptable time zone(s): EST required

Days of the week: Mon-Fri, (40 hours)

Working Hours (Flexible): 8 am-5 pm core hours EST

Industry background:

Open to all backgrounds, but ServiceNow experience is a must

Roles and Responsibilities:

Working with scrum masters and taking assignments, and completing those assignments within an organized, timely manner

Assisting in testing

Level 3:

4-6 Years

Must Have Technical Skills:

-ServiceNow ITOM

-ServiceNow

-ServiceNow Developer

-Discovery

-CMDB

-Bash scripting

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

-Service Mapping

-Tag Governance

-Event Management

Soft Skills:

Written and verbal communication

Education/Certifications:

-Bachelors Required

-ITIL V4 certification is a plus

-ServiceNow certifications are a plus
