Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to join our international project in Chennai. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end Discovery and Service Mapping activities, including:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor or Master degree.
• +5 years of hands-on ServiceNow Service Mapping experience, including debugging patterns and probes, troubleshooting logs, creating new patterns, and modifying existing patterns.
• Successful completion of service mapping for at least 50 large and complex on-premise and Cloud hosted applications and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with mapping application-to-application and application-to-platform dependencies.
• Intermediate knowledge in Server Administration, understanding domain structures, user permission levels, group policy objects, and execution of sudo policies.
• Familiarity with protocols like TCP, SNMP, SOAP, and REST.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON/script language concepts, Web and Application Servers, Load Balancers, Databases, Virtualization, and network concepts.
• Intermediate Windows and Unix administration skills, familiarity with CyberArk as an external ServiceNow credential store, and fluency in English.
