Asset Management Specialist - ServiceNow

Job Summary: As a ServiceNow ITSM Asset Management specialist, you will be responsible for leading the setup and configuration of the ServiceNow ITSM Asset Management module.

Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities include developing and optimizing ITSM asset management processes using best practices based on industry standards, designing, configuring, and implementing the ServiceNow ITSM Asset Management module, including defining asset types, attributes, and workflows, and integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications. Requirements include 5 years of hands-on experience with ITSM processes and implementation, hands-on experience in developing/customizing user interface, reporting, and dashboards in ServiceNow, and experience in working on Enterprise Asset Management Module ServiceNow CSA certification.
