TCS Hiring for ServiceNow Developer

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate 3rd party applications with ServiceNow.
• Coordinate ServiceNow application and platform upgrades to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Develop and implement ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, and Service Catalog.
• Automate business processes using ServiceNow Flow designer, Workflows, and Integrations.
• Design and develop ServiceNow Reports and Dashboards.
• Develop new request items in the catalog and create task-based workflows that support cross-team engagement.
• Perform System Integration Testing and manage User Acceptance Testing.
• Create technical and functional documents for ongoing maintenance items and projects.
• Establish standard methodologies and practices through policy, process, and procedure development.
• Work with process/service owners to define configuration management processes and policies.
• Define best practices and standards for developing solutions using ServiceNow.
• Provide original solutions to complex problems and recommend advanced technical approaches.
• Possess ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITSM certifications.

Requirements:

• 6-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Proficiency in all areas of ServiceNow development including Business Rules, ACLs, Domain Separation, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies.
