Summary: Will be supporting technology teams with the implementation of ServiceNow's Generative AI solution to support our Core Platform, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and Employee Portal/Content teams

TOP SKILLS: 4+ years of hands-on engineering/development experience with the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Experience with hands-on implementation of any ServiceNow native AI capabilities Direct experience handling implementations of AI within ServiceNow Proven experience of defining and capturing measurable outcomes (metrics of value) Required minimum of 4 years of ServiceNow development/engineering experience. Preferred ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
