Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: Preferably Miramar, FL (manager is local) hybrid schedule Relocation: Possible, depending on budget

Key Requirements:

• This is a Business Analyst role with a ServiceNow focus
• Candidate should ideally be a technical ServiceNow BA
• Must have ServiceNow CSA and ITIL certifications
• Bonus if they were previously a ServiceNow Developer who transitioned into a BA role
• Must understand ITIL frameworks
• Looking to convert to perm ASAP

Interview Process:

• First round Technical
• Second round cultural fit with the hiring manager
