Must have:
- 8 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience in CMDB, Service Mapping and CSDM
- Having vast knowledge in Incident, Problem & Change Management, Event Management, Alert, Policy & Risk Management
- Extensive knowledge and experience in various Application Suites
- Proficiency in development of complex workflows and Service Catalogs, Record producers and Order Guides
- Customization of application using Business Rules, UI Policies & UI Actions
- Automated Test Framework testing knowledge is required to perform day to day activities.
