Job Title: ServiceNow BA Location: Erlanger, KY

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and improvements
• Design ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and scripts
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution quality
• Maintain detailed documentation including requirements, technical specs, and process flows
• Train and support end users and IT teams on ServiceNow features and functions
• Assist in planning and executing ServiceNow-related projects
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience:
• 8+ years as a Business Analyst
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred
• Technical Skills:
• Strong in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules: 6 years (Required)
• REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration techniques: 5 years (Required)
• Agile/Scrum methodologies: 6 years (Required)
