ServiceNow Technical Consultant

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant with ATF and FSM. Key Responsibilities Configure and support ServiceNow modules, including conducting workshops and demos Advise on best practices and assist in the creation of user stories Engage in discovery processes to enhance system functionality Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Field Service Management (FSM) ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more) Ability to work part-time (approximately 10 hours per week) Must be a U.S. Citizen (USC) for this position
