Detailed Job Description:
- Guided Decision Tree, Playbook and Recommended Action implementation and knowledge base experience.
- Content creation migration and the UX interactions aspect of the migrated objects within the Snow Platform in the CSMFSM Workspace.
- Experience implementing and enhancing configurable workspaces.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
- Build ServiceNow Solutions that are adhering to the best practices and provide recommend
