ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

A company is looking for an ITOM Technical Consultant to join their team in a 100% remote capacity. Key Responsibilities: Lead ITOM engagements including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and knowledge transfer Architect and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management Conduct workshops with stakeholders to identify business requirements and define the ITOM roadmap Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 3 years in ITOM implementations ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Discovery or Service Mapping Proven experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CMDB governance
