ServiceNow Business Analyst

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements, document user stories, and translate needs into functional requirements for ServiceNow Analyze workflows, recommend process improvements, and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains Act as a liaison between business teams and technical staff, facilitating workshops and supporting user acceptance testing Required Qualifications: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.) Experience in business process analysis and workflow automation 2+ years of software-related technical analysis experience Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
